"I was born in Florence, Alabama but I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. After Hurricane Katrina, my family and I moved to Houston, Texas for a while before finally settling in Nashville, Tennessee.

I studied at The University of New Orleans where I earned my degree in Creative Writing. I'm currently working as a Copywriter for the StudyStroll company. In my spare time, I like to read books (mostly murder mysteries), travel (especially if it involves a beach), listen to music (anything from classic rock to country to hip-hop), and play sports (softball is my favorite).

I also have a cat who is the love of my life."
