When you go into a professional world, you will realise that you may have to change jobs frequently. Due to which an HR ( interviewers) may ask you this question, because all interviewers are very curious to know the reason behind changing jobs frequently by the candidate, they want to clear these two things, first is that candidate is not able to work or he does not possess the required skills and second is that candidate is really challenging and able to get into more challenging jobs. When I was looking for a jobs in UAE I was also asked this question by my interviewer. In this article you will get to know some tips about how to answer this question.

  • Show the interviewers that you are not a job hopper

A jobhopper is a person who changes jobs every year. Such people do not think about jobs and do not like stability, they just change their jobs frequently. So, the first thing you have to keep in your mind while answering this question is to prove to the interviewers that you are not a job hopper.

  • Give external reasons for leaving

External reasons mean reasons which do not have any relation to your job. External reasons, like sometimes you have to change your job because of a transfer from rural to Urban or urban to rural or sometimes you have to change your job because of some family problems. So the main point which you have to understand here is to give the reasons, which are external reasons which have no relation to your job.

Another very important point here is that don't make your external reason as your primary or only reason for applying into the job as interviewers may think that you do not possess the other required skills and also it will create a negative impression on the interviewer.

  • Points you can add to your answer

You can say in your answer that you really desire to contribute to the company and you are bored with doing the same work in every job and you need some more challenges in your life and want some more challenging work and job by which you want to upgrade yourself and your company also.

An additional point you can add in your answer is that you can say that you have changed your job frequently, which helps you to get very good and broader experience for working in different environments or, in short, you can say that you are very versatile in your nature and, in end, you can say that this might be the company which helps you to upgrade more.

  • Don't say any bad thing

Finally, the most important thing is that don't say any bad things about your previous company or about your boss, about your colleagues, etc. because it will create a very bad impression on the interviewer that maybe you have not the right personality or you are not adjustable in nature or not versatile in nature and maybe you have some Faults.
