1. Look at the appearance. Check whether the color of DC freezer meets the requirements, and whether the surface is smooth, level and free from scratches and looseness. The interior of DC freezer is required to be smooth, free of cracks and bubbles, free of scraggy, free of peculiar smell and severe color spots, etc. The sides of the cabinet door should be straight, the assembly should be firm, the freeze door should not be skewed, and the clearance between its rotating shaft and shaft pin should be well matched. The foaming liquid shall not leak out at the contact places such as cabinet door, cold drink cabinet body and placket.

2. Power-on inspection. After power is applied to the prior door, when the door is closed, the DC freezer door close to the door frame will automatically close due to the attraction of the magnetic strip, and there should be no gap. Then check the compressor. When the power supply is turned on, the freezer can start immediately and enter the running state. When the power supply is cut off, the freezer shall be shut down normally. When starting again, the compressor should start up and run normally within 1 second.

3. Check the refrigeration. 5 minutes after the DC freezer starts to operate, touch the condenser (on both sides or back) of the freezer with your hands, and you should feel hot, and the faster the heat is, the better. When opening the cabinet door of the freezer, touch the evaporator with your hand, and you should feel cold. Close the freeze door for about 20 minutes, the condenser is already very hot. Open the freeze door and look at the evaporator carefully. There should be a thin and uniform layer of frost on the evaporator. If the frost on the evaporator is uneven or there is no frost on a certain part, then the refrigeration performance of the freeze is poor. Consumers can put a few cups of cold boiled water in the freezer and then adjust the cold drink cabinet to a quick freezing state. The quick freezing capacity and compressor performance of the cold drink cabinet can be tested through freezing time and efficiency.

4. Check the temperature control. When the thermostat is set to the stop position, the compressor should stop immediately. Adjust to the strong cooling position, and the compressor shall not stop running. After a period of normal operation of the freezer, it should be able to automatically start and stop at certain intervals. At this time, the temperature of the refrigerating compartment should not be higher than 5℃, and the temperature of the freezing compartment should reach the star-level regulations. Generally, the starting times of the compressor should not exceed 6-9 times per hour.
