Design of Automobile Mould Slider
1. The angle of the inclined plane of the slider is 2-3 degrees larger than the angle of the inclined guide rail;
2. The distance between the sliding block and the sealing surface of the front mold is greater than 1;
3. The insertion surface of the slider and the core must be made 3 degrees to avoid direct friction with the core;
4. The inclined surface and bottom surface of the slider need to be made of wear-resistant blocks, so you can consider not using quick molds;
5. The slider needs to add a spring (or a buckle, or a spring and a buckle together) and a restriction device;
6. Know how to calculate the stroke of the lower slider;
Design of inclined roof of automobile mould
1. The mating length of the inclined top connecting rod and the guide sleeve must be greater than 1/3 of the connecting rod length in the B plate;
2. It is best to use cup-head screws to connect the inclined top block and the connecting rod to facilitate processing; secondly, use pins; thirdly, it can be in the form of a press block.
3. Avoid one side of the hole between the connecting rod and the B plate;
4. The position of the link head and tail should be considered; the bottom plate should have craft holes to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
5. The angle of the inclined top ejector should be less than 1 degree, not more than 1 degree;
6. Know how to calculate the ejection stroke up and down;
7. The simplest design without tilting the top seat;
Auto mould straight top design
1. The mating length of the straight top link and the guide sleeve must be greater than 1/3 of the link length of the B plate;
2. It is best to use cup-shaped screws to fix the straight top block and connecting rod, which is convenient for processing; secondly, use pins; thirdly, it can be in the form of pressing blocks;
3. The edge of the screw hole on the top block is at least away from the sealing position;
4. Avoid one side of the hole between the connecting rod and the B plate.
5. The position of the head and tail of the link should be considered; the bottom plate should have craft holes for easy disassembly and assembly
6. The connecting rod can be directly fixed on the bottom needle plate;
7. The side of the straight top block needs to be inclined 3 degrees or a certain angle to avoid friction with the core during the ejection process.
