The whole process of the assembly line of the automobile engine is as follows: the bottom of the cylinder body is facing down, the cylinder body, crankshaft, camshaft feeding, cleaning, blowing, diesel engine model, label printing. Loose tile cover, unloading cover, device upper and lower shaft tiles, device piston cooling nozzle, insert camshaft drive-in key, device camshaft thrust piece, lift and release crankshaft, drive-in key.

Drive in the front end pin, drive the bowl plug of the front main oil passage, the stud bolt at the front end of the device, install the right end plug, the main bearing cover of the device and the crankshaft thrust plate and tighten them. Drive in the rear end pin, drive the back end main oil passage bowl plug, install the rear oil seal seat, install the oil pump, install the gear cooling nozzle (installation turbocharger oil return joint).

Oil the cylinder hole, install the piston, install the connecting rod cover, tighten the connecting rod bolts, and inspect the internal components. The front end plate of the device diesel engine, the device camshaft gear, the device idler shaft, the idler gear, the device crankshaft gear, the device front cover plate (including the front cover plate coating). Install the machine filter assembly, glue the oil pan, install the oil pan and tighten it.
