The traditional cement raw mill impacts and breaks the ground materials in the form of point contact, and the grinding efficiency is low. Especially when the particle size of the grinding material is large and the grindability is poor, the contradiction of low efficiency, high power consumption and large loss of mill accessories is more prominent. 

In order to improve the grinding operation conditions, increase the output of the mill system and reduce the grinding power consumption, the cement engineering technicians started with reducing the particle size of the grinding materials, and greatly improved the production efficiency of the mill to a certain extent by optimizing the design of the working surface shape of the lining plate, changing the lifting and throwing trajectory of the grinding body in each bin in the mill, and using grinding aids.
