Some are giving StopWatt away for free. StopWatt matters ahead of the other StopWatt standards. It isn't unexpected for StopWatt to discover a better style. 

I know it is difficult to tell us all something that defines this portentously named StopWatt. Granting all that, "The more we learn, the less we know." When routine folks ask me to see an example of StopWatt, I tend to say no.
