Method 1: Configure Firewall Settings Manually 

1- Navigate to the Start Menu and tap on the Search field.

2- Within the field, write up Firewall and tap Enter.

3- On the right-hand panel, select Advanced Settings.

4- Now, reach out to the option Inbound Rules and do a right-click on it.

5- Select the option. New Rule.

6- Go to the Program and click on Next.

Method 2:  Use QuickBooks Database Server Manager on Your Server

1- In order to fix network problems, open QuickBooks and select the Network Issues tab.

2- You can access the QuickBooks database server manager by searching for it.

3- Click on the option Start Scan when you are in the company's file folder.
