1. The external surface temperature of the drying room of the automobile production line is too high
   The improper selection of insulation materials for the chamber body is the main reason for poor insulation effect, excessive surface temperature and insufficient insulation. This not only causes an increase in energy consumption, but also does not meet the requirements of national standards: the drying room should have good insulation, and the surface temperature of the outer wall should not be higher than room temperature 15°C.
2. Improper or not set up exhaust pipes for drying and curing equipment of automobile production line
   The exhaust gas outlet of the drying and curing room of some automobile production lines is not connected to the outdoors, while in the workshop, the exhaust gas is directly discharged into the workshop, causing air pollution in the workshop; some painting production lines have no exhaust gas outlet of the drying and curing room It is not conducive to the rapid discharge of exhaust gas and prevents accumulation, and it does not meet the requirements of national standards: the location of the exhaust port in the drying room should be set in the area with the highest concentration of combustible gas. The sprayed workpiece enters the drying and curing room. Because the paint contains organic solvents to varying degrees, organic solvent exhaust gas will be generated during the drying and curing process. The organic solvent exhaust gas is flammable. If the exhaust gas is not discharged from the drying room in time, it will accumulate in the drying room. Indoors, once the concentration is too high, it will cause safety hazards.
