At 70 def There are more options available when it comes to armour. In particular, I'm thinking of changing my body armor RS Gold. The current one I'm using is an Granite Body and in all truth, I'm not an advocate for it, however, it does get the job done, I suppose. What I'm asking is Barrows armor worth it to train? I'm not the most wealthy (currently I'm just 1.2m) and it's to be a bit wasteful for me to continue to fix it when I'm not have a PK or something similar to that.

Do you prefer the Granite Body, or is there another option I'm not even conscious of? Is it worth investing into Verac's Brassard as an example? Barrow's armor is quite good and is almost certain to weigh much less than granite and offers pretty decent Prayer benefits (not necessarily that you'd require them).

In the long run, fixing will cost over the cost of the Bandos chestplate if you just occasionally make use of Barrows however it will last an extremely long time even when you don't engage in much combat. In terms of training, it's quite good and fifteen hours is quite a bit of time and experience. It's definitely worth it if aren't able to afford Bandos immediately, as the initial cost of 1 mil and then another one every 15 hours is an acceptable cost.

A bit of research suggests that a single body costs 270k to repair at Bob. This should mean an idea of the cost for Bandos Chestplate, 16 mil? I don't know how exactly to determine how many repairs you'll need (mostly due to the fact that I'm not having a good day today) until you reach the figure of 270000 (or less in the case of a POH armour stand) however it is an awful lot of lives RuneScape 3 Gold.
