Brief description of the working process of Reaming Bit connecting and unloading drill pipe

  1. When the gyrator is lowered to the lowest point, the gyrator can be raised to make it convenient to put the wrench of the drill pipe in the position where the wrench is inserted into the unloading rod, stop the rotation and feed, turn off the water pump and the impact air pressure.
    2. Insert the connecting rod wrench into the flat square of the drill pipe, and lower the gyrator so that the connecting rod wrench is placed on the rod holder.
    3. Rotate in the reverse direction, and the unloading rod wrench hits the stop pin on the locator to loosen the upper and lower drill pipe joints.
    4. Let the rotary head rotate slowly while raising it until the joint and the drill rod are completely loosened, and the drill rod is hung on the locator close to the rod wrench.
    5. Apply grease to the thread of the drill rod, and cover the drill rod with a threaded protective cap.
  2. Apply grease to the thread of the next drill pipe.
    7. Hoist the drill rod to the proper position in front of the gyrator by operating the handle of the hoist, align the pre-portion of the drill rod with the axis of the gyrator and then slowly lift it onto the hoist. At the same time, the gyrator rotates forward, and the drill rod is installed on the gyrator rod.
    8. Operate the winch handle to pull the positioning sleeve and lifting hook out of the drill rod.
    9. Push the impact handle and blow the drill pipe clean with compressed air.
    10. Remove the thread protection cap of the upper drill pipe, and slowly lower the gyrator. At the same time, rotate forward slowly and make the drill rod concentric until the drill rod is tightened.
    11. Lift the gyrator gently, and remove the lever wrench.
    12. At this point, Extension Drilling Tools drill pipe assembly is completed.
