Secondly, from the car top wheel→machine room traction wheel→guide wheel→top wheel on the counterweight, whether the verticality between them is correct depends on whether the four wheels are on a vertical line. As the reference point of the entire elevator, the top wheel of the elevator car must be in place on the top floor to ensure that the reference point is from the vertical line of the top wheel of the car to reverse the traction sheave, because these two points are close and it is easy to ensure its verticality . After hanging the vertical line, position the traction machine in the machine room, and then position the guide wheel and the counterweight top wheel. The purpose of this operation is to ensure accurate verticality between these points so that they are on the same vertical line. Then install the traction wire rope to ensure the same verticality as the calibrated and straightened guide rail in the hoistway.
